What You’ll Be Doing
working closely with the rest of the management team to run a vibrant and high-performing restaurant nurturing a place where your team feels safe, seen, and proud to show up mentoring your team and helping them grow jumping into sections, solving problems, and keeping pace thinking with a kaizen mindset - constantly spotting the little ways we can do things better, then making them happen
