About Medly AI

We're the fastest growing EdTech startup in London, on a mission to change education forever.

We're living through a once-in-a-generation moment where AI-native companies are redefining entire industries - Cursor for code, Midjourney for image gen, Harvey for law. Medly is building a generational company for education.

We've achieved retention rates that beat Duolingo and delivered personalized education to over 400,000 users. We're looking for ambitious talent to join our team.

Backed by impact-focused VCs and supported by partners including UCL, Innovate UK, Microsoft, and Google, we're becoming the go-to AI education platform for all major exams worldwide.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate Junior Fullstack Engineer to join our growing team at Medly. This is a new role working closely with our hands-on Technical CEO and other Full Stack Engineers to build and improve our web and mobile products. You will play a pivotal role in high-impact projects across our entire stack, from crafting polished user interfaces in Next.js and React Native to building robust backend services in Python. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone eager to learn fast, take ownership, solve real problems, and help power the next generation of educational technology.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
