Junior Fund Analyst
Junior Fund Analyst – London
The Role
We are seeking a Junior Fund Analyst to join our Fund Management team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain exposure to renewable energy investment management within a fast-growing, international organisation.
In this role, you will:
- Support the preparation of fund reports, performance analysis, and investor materials
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making across our portfolio of solar and energy infrastructure assets
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely reporting
Key Responsibilities
Working alongside experienced professionals, this will be an integral role in the Fund Management team:
- Prepare investment management reports and fund fact sheets, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Collect, consolidate, and analyse data from internal and external sources to support fund and asset performance tracking
- Maintain and contribute to dashboards that provide a reliable single source of truth for fund data
- Support the preparation of materials for senior management and investor reporting
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., asset management, finance) to gather insights and support decision-making
- Conduct research and basic financial/market analysis to support investment activities
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks, such as data management, documentation, and scheduling
- Contribute to improvements in reporting processes, tools, and systems
Skills & Competencies
To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and data handling (experience with reporting tools is an advantage)
- Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning
- Problem-solving skills and initiative
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Experience & Qualifications
- Graduate or early-career experience in finance, data analysis, or a related field
- Exposure to funds, project finance, FP&A, or investment analysis is advantageous
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis concepts
- Interest in pursuing a professional qualification (e.g., CFA) is desirable
- Right to work in the UK
