Junior FX Broker

London | £25k–£30k base + uncapped commission | Full-time, office-based

My client is looking for an ambitious Junior FX Broker with at least 6 months of sales or brokerage experience to join a fast-growing currency brokerage supporting SMEs and mid-market clients with international payments and FX risk management.

This is a high-energy, commercial role where you’ll learn how to build a client book, understand market movements, and deliver a consultative service that drives long-term relationships.

The Role:

  • Develop and manage your own portfolio as a Junior FX Broker
  • Make outbound calls to warm and cold prospects
  • Understand client FX requirements and introduce spot, forward, and hedging solutions
  • Deliver market updates and support clients through currency volatility
  • Work closely with senior brokers to learn deal structures and sales strategy
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline effectively

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
