Junior FX Broker
London | £25k–£30k base + uncapped commission | Full-time, office-based
My client is looking for an ambitious Junior FX Broker with at least 6 months of sales or brokerage experience to join a fast-growing currency brokerage supporting SMEs and mid-market clients with international payments and FX risk management.
This is a high-energy, commercial role where you’ll learn how to build a client book, understand market movements, and deliver a consultative service that drives long-term relationships.
The Role:
- Develop and manage your own portfolio as a Junior FX Broker
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold prospects
- Understand client FX requirements and introduce spot, forward, and hedging solutions
- Deliver market updates and support clients through currency volatility
- Work closely with senior brokers to learn deal structures and sales strategy
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline effectively

Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in FX or Payment related sales role
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with business owners
- Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in financial markets
- Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by progression
- Strong rapport-building skills and comfortable with high-volume outreach
