About VFX

VFX Financial is one of the UK's fastest-growing FinTechs, helping complex organisations move, manage, and protect money across borders. Built for specialist sectors, multi-jurisdiction structures, and high-compliance environments, we support businesses whose needs go beyond standard banking. We're selective about who we work with because exceptional service requires focus and commitment.

With six international offices, five regulatory licences, and an 83% CAGR over the past three years, we're scaling rapidly and earning industry recognition along the way - including the Financial Times FT1000: Europe's Fastest Growing Companies 2026, CNBC UK's Top Fintech Companies 2025, Wealth & Finance FinTech Awards 2025, and the Business Growth Award from Business Awards UK.

Behind it all is a team of ambitious VFXers united by collective ownership, a focus on growth, and a shared passion for solving complex problems.

About The Role

The Junior FX Options Structurer supports the design, pricing, and execution of FX options and structured products for VFX's client base. Working closely with senior structurers and the trading team, the role provides exposure to derivatives markets, client solutions, and real-time pricing and risk.

You will assist in structuring tailored hedging and investment solutions, supporting pricing and trade execution, and developing an understanding of options strategies, market dynamics, and risk management.

This is a hands-on, early-career role suited to someone with strong numerical ability and an interest in derivatives. You will gain exposure to live trading activity, client-driven structuring, and financial markets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the pricing and structuring of FX options and structured products
  • Assist in developing tailored client solutions based on hedging or investment needs
  • Work with traders and sales teams to deliver timely and accurate pricing
  • Prepare indicative pricing, term sheets, and supporting materials for clients
  • Monitor market conditions, including FX rates, volatility, and macro developments
  • Assist in managing trade execution and post-trade processes
  • Develop an understanding of options risk (delta, vega, gamma) and market exposures
  • Maintain accurate records of trades, pricing models, and client activity
  • Support the development and enhancement of pricing tools and models
  • Collaborate with risk, operations, and compliance teams as required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
