Junior Garment Technologist

North London | Office-Based (5 Days per Week)
Up to £35,000 + Benefits

Our client is a well-established and growing branded apparel business with over 30 years of success within the fashion industry. Supplying quality branded menswear, womenswear and childrenswear, they have built an excellent reputation for product development, quality and long-term customer partnerships.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Junior Garment Technologist to join their experienced technical team based in North London. Working alongside a team of six technologists, this is an excellent opportunity for a Garment Technologist looking to take the next step in their career, ideally someone in their second or third industry role.

The Role

Supporting the wider technical team across menswear, womenswear and kidswear, you will gain exposure to the full garment technology process from development through to production.

This is a hands-on role that would suit someone with a solid grounding in garment technology who is looking to develop their technical skills within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
