Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you'll build relationships with customers across the world, develop commercial skills, manage your own portfolio of clients, and become a trusted advisor within the logistics sector. What You'll Be Doing
- Building and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generating new business through proactive outreach, phone calls, networking, and video meetings.
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to account management.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the shipping process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Solving challenges and providing solutions when issues arise.
- Working closely with the Operations team to source, quote, and deliver the best logistics solutions.
- Learning the global freight market and becoming an expert across multiple transport modes.
- Growing existing accounts and identifying new commercial opportunities.

What We're Looking For
- A 2:1 degree or above.
- At least 6 months of customer-facing experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by success.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and develop.
- Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team.
