Role Overview

A full-time, on-site Junior Graphic Designer role in London, EC1M 3JU.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the design team to create visual assets for:
    • Digital & print materials (marketing collateral, proposals, internal communications, presentations).
  • Daily tasks involve:
    • Developing layouts, selecting imagery, perfecting typography.
    • Adapting designs to align with brand guidelines.
    • Supporting logo & icon design.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure cohesive branding across all interactions.
  • Prepare files for production and refine existing designs.
  • Participate in brainstorming, share creative ideas, and support visual identity evolution.

Qualifications

Core Skills & Experience

  • Strong foundational skills in graphics and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in logo design and branding support.
  • Expertise in typography and layout for clear communications.

Software & Tools

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.

Portfolio & Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Portfolio showcasing digital/print design work.
  • Degree/certificate in graphic design, visual communication, or related fields.

Personality & Competencies

  • Sharp attention to detail and strong brand consistency.
  • Willing to learn, absorb feedback, and grow creatively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration in a supportive team environment.
