Role Overview
A full-time, on-site Junior Graphic Designer role in London, EC1M 3JU.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to create visual assets for:
- Digital & print materials (marketing collateral, proposals, internal communications, presentations).
- Daily tasks involve:
- Developing layouts, selecting imagery, perfecting typography.
- Adapting designs to align with brand guidelines.
- Supporting logo & icon design.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure cohesive branding across all interactions.
- Prepare files for production and refine existing designs.
- Participate in brainstorming, share creative ideas, and support visual identity evolution.
Qualifications
Core Skills & Experience
- Strong foundational skills in graphics and graphic design.
- Proficiency in logo design and branding support.
- Expertise in typography and layout for clear communications.

Software & Tools
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
Portfolio & Qualifications (Preferred)
- Portfolio showcasing digital/print design work.
- Degree/certificate in graphic design, visual communication, or related fields.
Personality & Competencies
- Sharp attention to detail and strong brand consistency.
- Willing to learn, absorb feedback, and grow creatively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration in a supportive team environment.
