Role: Junior Graphic Designer - Bradford
Salary: £27,000
Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday – Friday

Position Overview:
Elevation Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a UK manufacturer. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can design engaging visual content and create short-form videos for social media platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands branding, and can produce high-quality print and digital marketing materials.
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Design creative graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Create engaging short-form videos and reels for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Edit videos by adding transitions, animations, captions, music, and motion graphics.
- Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, catalogues, and other promotional materials.
- Prepare artwork for Point of Sale (POS) materials, display stands, signage, window graphics, and promotional displays.
- Create print-ready artwork by ensuring correct dimensions, bleeds, colour profiles, and print specifications.
- Assist with exhibition and event graphics, including exhibition stands, backdrops, banners, pop-up displays, wayfinding signage, and other large-format print materials.
- Coordinate with printers and production vendors to ensure artwork is produced accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and printed materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative concepts and campaign assets.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Multimedia Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
- Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Express is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and branding.
- Experience preparing artwork for commercial printing and large-format production.
- Knowledge of print production processes, file preparation, and prepress requirements.
- Familiarity with social media content creation and platform specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, communication, and time management skills.

Desirable:
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, social media content, print artwork, POS materials, and exhibition graphics.
- Experience working with retail, FMCG, or marketing agencies is an advantage.
