About MILE
MILE is the new members-only shopping destination redefining luxury commerce. We offer access to a curated, seasonless catalogue of the most sought-after products from globally renowned fashion houses, all at unmatched prices. Built at the intersection of technology and fashion, MILE delivers a seamless, elevated experience for both consumers and brands. Our mission is to become the leading digital destination for luxury, where exclusivity, value, and exceptional design converge.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is fast, accurate, and obsessive about craft, with a focus on asset production and image retouching. The imagery on MILE has to hold its own next to the world's biggest fashion houses, and that standard is set in production. Every retouched product shot, every perfectly cropped banner, every pixel-clean social asset is part of what makes the experience feel luxury.
You'll work across MILE and a range of other projects in the Hulcan portfolio, producing the visual assets and retouched imagery that power our campaigns, social channels, and on-site experiences. If you take genuine pride in flawless execution, the kind of designer who can't leave a 1px misalignment alone, you'll fit right in.
Salary: £25,000

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
