About the Role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join the Production team in producing engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone starting their career in design who is eager to learn, develop technical skills, and contribute fresh ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Design graphics and retouch photography for presentations, marketing materials, eLearning, and client-facing materials
  • Apply client brand guidelines to materials
  • Prepare artwork files for print and digital production
  • Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and visual style
  • Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Stay updated on current design trends and creative best practices

Education

  • Degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field
  • Relevant coursework, internships, or personal creative projects are advantageous

Experience

  • Entry-level position; previous professional experience is not required
  • Portfolio demonstrating creative ability and design fundamentals
  • Basic understanding of digital and print design processes

Essential:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint
  • Understanding of Adobe Suite, in particular Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Basic understanding of digital and print design processes

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Articulate Rise and Storyline
  • Figma
  • HTML/CSS/Javascript
  • Video editing experience

Compensation

  • £30,000 per annum
