About the Role
We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join the Production team in producing engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone starting their career in design who is eager to learn, develop technical skills, and contribute fresh ideas.
Responsibilities
- Design graphics and retouch photography for presentations, marketing materials, eLearning, and client-facing materials
- Apply client brand guidelines to materials
- Prepare artwork files for print and digital production
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and visual style
- Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated on current design trends and creative best practices

Education
- Degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field
- Relevant coursework, internships, or personal creative projects are advantageous
Experience
- Entry-level position; previous professional experience is not required
- Portfolio demonstrating creative ability and design fundamentals
- Basic understanding of digital and print design processes
Essential:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint
- Understanding of Adobe Suite, in particular Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Basic understanding of digital and print design processes
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Articulate Rise and Storyline
- Figma
- HTML/CSS/Javascript
- Video editing experience
Compensation
- £30,000 per annum
