Who we're looking for

We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer with around 1-2 years of professional design experience to join our in-house creative team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills across a wide variety of design projects while working alongside an experienced creative team. You'll help create engaging visual content across digital and print channels, contribute towards product launches, and play a key role in bringing the Tonic Health brand to life.

You'll have a strong eye for design, a willingness to learn, great attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to grow are essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Create engaging designs across digital channels including email (CRM), website, paid social, organic social and marketing campaigns.
  • Support the creation of print materials including inserts, direct mail, packaging and point-of-sale assets.
  • Help maintain and apply Tonic's visual identity consistently across all customer touch points.
  • Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.
  • Work closely with the Brand Designer to develop ideas and bring campaigns to life.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and share creative ideas.
  • Make revisions based on feedback and ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, social media content, and competitor activity to bring fresh inspiration to your work.

Skills and experience

We're looking for someone with enthusiasm, creativity and a desire to grow. While you don't need to tick every box, we'd love to see:

  • Around 1-2 years of experience in a graphic design role, internship, placement year or agency/in-house environment.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills across digital and/or print projects.
  • Good understanding of typography, layout, colour and branding principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
  • Experience using Figma is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working within a remote team.
  • A genuine passion for design, branding and creating engaging content.
