Role Overview
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a key supportive role within our Creative Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, work across print and digital design, handle creative administration, provide onsite creative support for events, and support the agency in delivering live projects and pitches.
Under the guidance of senior team members, you will confidently utilise the Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality visual assets, manage your daily workload to meet deadlines, and learn how to constructively translate feedback into great design.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to interpret design briefs and contribute fresh ideas, while adhering closely to multi-client brand guidelines to creatively bring their visual identities to life.
- Produce high-quality visual artwork for print and digital platforms to industry standards, preparing files for production according to specific supplier requirements while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Provide dynamic, hands-on creative and design support onsite during live events, with a willingness to assist across installs, derigs, and live event delivery as needed.
- Work closely with colleagues to implement feedback, refine designs, and ensure all artwork is approved before delivery.
- Display a strong willingness to learn client systems, new tools, and agency technologies—including the integration of AI—while staying curious about emerging technologies
- Maintain a sharp awareness of evolving design trends and industry technologies to continuously inspire creative work.
- Attend and actively participate in agency team meetings and select client meetings, bringing a positive, proactive attitude.
- Help foster a vibrant, supportive agency culture through clear, helpful, and polite communication across all internal and client correspondence.

What We’re Looking For
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
- Skilled in presentation design using PowerPoint and Google Slides to deliver visually engaging decks.
- Experience in animation, video editing, SketchUp, Figma and WordPress preferable.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, positive, and enthusiastic approach to taking on feedback and learning from the wider team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a similar design discipline.
