Junior Conceptual Designer
We are looking for local Designers living within a short commute to Leatherhead, Surrey (Hybrid -2 days working from home) - full-time on site during 3 month probation.

About the Company
Integrated Creative Agency - working across 360 campaigns for big clients, mainly Digital; social, Email, websites, experiential, OOH, banners, infographics etc

- Photoshop
- Illustrator (Figma/ After Effects a bonus)

What They’re Looking For
- Excellent skills in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience designing for digital platforms social/web/email
- Excellent layout and typography, craftmanship
Most importantly, they’re looking for someone with strong creative thinking and storytelling ability — someone who designs with the end user in mind and can turn ideas into compelling digital experiences.

The agency also places a strong emphasis on work-life balance, with structured office hours (9-5.30) and leadership that actively protects personal time.
Hybrid Working & Location
- Hybrid model with 2 days working from home
- Full-time studio presence during probation
- Leatherhead studio location — approximately a 15-minute walk from the station
- On-site parking available
- Candidates should already be based in the UK, ideally within Surrey or surrounding areas (ideally no more than a 45 min commute to Leatherhead)
