Junior Graphic Designer – Part-Time Remote
Location: UK Wide (Remote / Home Based)
Salary: £12 – £16 per hour (£23,400 – £31,200 per annum equivalent, based on a 37.5-hour week)
Job Type: Part-Time
Reporting To: Senior Designer (Client Side)
About the Opportunity
Vita CV is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a UK-based business with an established creative team. We are looking to appoint a Junior Graphic Designer on a part-time, fully remote basis. This is suited to candidates at the early stage of their design career who want to build experience within a supportive in-house creative team.
About the Role
The Junior Graphic Designer will support the wider design team across day-to-day production work, including social assets, marketing graphics, and basic brand application tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce day-to-day design assets under the guidance of senior designers
- Support social media, marketing, and internal communication graphics
- Apply existing brand guidelines consistently across outputs
- Help maintain design libraries, templates, and shared assets
- Collaborate with the team via remote tools and video calls
- Take direction well and incorporate feedback into revisions
- Build a strong understanding of brand application and production craft

What We're Looking For
- Completed design qualification or equivalent portfolio of student / personal work
- Comfortable with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Good visual eye and willingness to learn
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Reliable, organised, and open to feedback
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently from home
- A stable home internet connection and an appropriate workspace
Desirable (Nice to Have)
- Some exposure to Figma, Canva, or motion-graphics tools
- Personal projects or freelance work that showcase initiative
