The Role
The Junior GTM Enablement Program Manager will focus on ensuring the success of our global GTM enablement programs. The GTM Enablement team acts as the voice of sales to drive efficiencies and maintain alignment between sales and all functional departments to accelerate revenue and enable our sellers, their managers, and our partners.
The Junior GTM Enablement Program Manager takes inputs from multiple functional departments, collaborates with key stakeholders to provide the necessary quality assurance of the sales deliverables, and creates, synthesizes, and executes on the required output to drive sales success.
This role will focus on enablement programs for our go-to-market teams globally, as well as internal programs that drive critical go-to-market initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Support GTM business needs analysis by synthesising sales, channel, and field insights into actionable enablement requirements.
- Design and deliver enablement programs and assets, across a range of formats, that translate GTM priorities into practical application.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate inputs into enablement programs and assets that drive consistent execution in the field.
- Demonstrate the impact of enablement programs on business outcomes using relevant data and program outputs.
- Ensure alignment of enablement activities with key internal and external events, such as new product releases, campaigns, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain competency assessment programs, as well as certification programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve enablement effectiveness to drive stronger execution in the field.
- Support enablement governance to ensure the delivery of timely, targeted content and continuous improvement across the field
- Support frontline managers by contributing insights and feedback from live opportunities to reinforce consistent application of enablement frameworks

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience in software sales and sales enablement.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to plan and deliver discrete initiatives and workstreams across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to adapt quickly and drive projects with urgency and independently with a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience of sales enablement tools and methodologies; with the ability to apply them to real sales conversations and opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate engaging sessions and lead group discussions in-person and virtually
- Strong program management skills, with the ability to coordinate and deliver enablement initiatives end-to-end across regions and stakeholders
- Ability to be self-sufficient, excel and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across teams
- Ability to think critically, with an analytical mindset, measuring results before and after program delivery.
Nice To Have
- Experience in the following would be considered a plus:
- Technical experience with operational technology, endpoint security, or identity security spaces
- Channel or partner sales enablement experience.
- Experience with a global customer base.
- Experience with sales processes and methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message), and how they are applied within opportunities.
- Experience using Highspot or other content management systems (CMS).
- Experience using Docebo or other learning management systems (LMS).
- Experience using conversation intelligence tools (e.g. Gong) to analyze sales interactions
