Junior Hire Controller
Based
Livingston Depot
Reporting to
Depot Manager
As a Junior Hire Controller you will be the first point of contact for our varied customer base and will be given all the training and support to develop a career in the hire industry.
The role will be office based and comes with a competitive salary, 25 days paid annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Restricted To) The Following
- Providing all customers with the same excellent levels of customer service throughout the hire process
- Dealing with customer enquiries and requests via phone and email
- Working closely with the rest of the depot team to ensure the hire process, from start to finish, is as smooth and efficient as possible for our clients.
- Supporting the Depot Manager with administrative duties as required.

Desired Skills And Experience
We are looking for a well organised individual who;
- Has the ability to prioritise a variety of matters, as and when they arise, and deal with them in a professional and timely manner
- Can demonstrate high levels of both oral and written communication skills to forge strong internal and external relationships, across all levels of business.
- Is able to thrive when both working as part of a team and as an individual
- Is proficient with all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook etc) with strong typing and general computer skills
