Junior House Runner/Assistant - Ultra-High-Net-Worth-Individual (UHNWI) – Mayfair

Martis Search is representing an Ultra-High-Net-Worth-Individual (UHNWI) who is seeking a permanent "Junior House Runner/Assistant".

This is a highly varied hands on, multifaceted role suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive, resilient, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves in a fast moving private environment. It would suit someone either seeking a first professional role or with some prior office experience, who has a genuine interest in working within a UHNW Wealth Management environment.

Key Responsibilities

The role offers broad exposure and will include, but not be limited to:

  • Diary management, travel coordination, and day-to-day administrative support
  • Handling general errands and ad-hoc requests (no task too small or too large)
  • Owning and delivering on general administrative tasks
  • Comfortable working closely with the UHNWI

Skills and Competence

  • Is seeking a first professional role or with some prior office environment
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with senior professionals
  • Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence, maturity, and resilience
  • Can adapt to changing priorities and fluctuating workloads within a private household

This is not a 9:00 am–17:00 pm role. Flexibility is essential, including working across different time zones when required. Candidates must be genuinely career-driven, proactive in their learning and development.

The role is fully office-based, five days per week.

Compensation

Total compensation is £35,000 – £40,000 per annum, plus:
