Junior HR Business Partner

Rugby or Lutterworth

£45,000p.a. - £50,000p.a.

Onsite everyday initially - then to 2-3 days after probation

Loom Talent are partnering with a growing logistics business to recruit two Junior HR Business Partners to support key operational sites across the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that continues to invest in both its people and operations, offering the chance to work closely with senior leaders whilst developing your career within a fast-paced environment.

Supporting one of two busy distribution sites, you'll become a trusted partner to the Site General Manager and leadership team, providing hands-on HR support whilst helping to shape a positive, engaged and high-performing culture.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being visible within the business. Rather than sitting behind a desk, you'll spend your time building relationships across the operation, coaching managers, supporting employees and delivering practical HR solutions that make a genuine difference.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

This role would suit an experienced Senior HR Advisor with previous experience of liaising with key stakeholders, looking to step into their first Business Partner position, or an existing Junior HR Business Partner who enjoys working within a fast-paced operational environment.

You'll also have:

  • Previous experience within a generalist HR role supporting operational teams, ideally within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or another fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive, resilient and hands-on approach, with the confidence to work autonomously whilst remaining part of a wider HR team.
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous, although practical HR experience is equally valued.

If you're looking for a hands-on HR role where you can make a real impact whilst continuing to develop professionally, please do apply!
