At Jet2.com and Jet2holidays

We’re working together to deliver an amazing journey — literally. We work collaboratively to drive a strong Customer First ethos, creating unforgettable package holidays and flights. We couldn’t do it without our brilliant people.

As a Junior HR Business Partner

You’ll play a key role in supporting leaders across the business, taking ownership of day-to-day people matters and acting as a trusted partner and first point of contact for colleagues and managers.

This role supports our teams across our Southern UK bases and offers hybrid working with some flexibility to work from home; however, this is not a fully remote position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable travelling regularly across the bases within their region and spending time on-site each week to build strong relationships and work closely with stakeholders and operational teams.

The Successful Candidate Will Support Either

  • Bristol & Bournemouth bases, OR
  • Luton, Stansted & Gatwick bases

There is an expectation to be present at each base within the relevant region on a regular, weekly basis.

In this role, you’ll have access to a wide range of benefits including:

  • Annual pay reviews
  • Access to a generous discretionary profit share scheme
  • 26 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
  • Colleague discounts on Jet2.com flights and Jet2holidays packages
  • 3 x salary life assurance and contributory pension scheme
  • Retail discounts on travel and leisure, health, and wellbeing, eating out, shopping and lifestyle

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
