About the Role
A Junior HRIS Specialist is sought to join the ASSA ABLOY EMEIA Head Office team, reporting to the Head of HR Operations EMEIA.
As a key contributor, you will support and enhance the HR technology landscape across the EMEIA region by:
- Providing HRIS guidance to the wider team
- Ensuring seamless operation of systems, data, and processes
- Supporting SAP SuccessFactors optimisation and governance
The successful candidate will be a proactive communicator, adept at managing diverse system-related tasks and compliance requirements.
You’ll act as a bridge between HR, IT, and business functions, translating operational needs into systemic improvements for:
- HR efficiency
- Data accuracy
- Employee experience
Principal Responsibilities
SuccessFactors Administration & Optimisation
- Maintain SuccessFactors modules (including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, and Learning) in compliance with global standards and regional requirements.
- Participate in testing activities to validate functionality and support reliable deployments.
- Support release management:
- Review quarterly updates
- Assess impact
- Test changes
- Communicate enhancements
- Troubleshoot system issues, escalating to global HRIS as necessary.
- Ensure data integrity via audits and proactive monitoring.

Ticketing & HR Support
- Manage and resolve HRIS-related tickets, ensuring:
- Timely responses
- High accuracy
- Identify recurring issues and propose process/system improvements to reduce query volume.
- Provide system-functionality guidance to HR teams on:
- Workflows
- Best practices
- Maintain knowledge articles and user guides for HR and employee self-service.
Compliance, Reporting & Analytics
- Produce scheduled and ad-hoc compliance reports for EMEIA, including:
- GDPR-aligned data extracts
- Audit logs
- Mandatory regulatory reporting
- Partner with HR and Legal to ensure:
- Data handling meets regional regulatory standards
- Assist audits (internal/external) by delivering accurate system data and documentation.
Cross-Regional Collaboration
- Collaborate with:
- Global HRIS teams
- Local HR, IT, and Payroll teams
- Ensure consistency in processes and data standards.
- Represent EMEIA needs and constraints in global HR technology projects
- Support system rollouts, enhancements, and integrations across the region.

Essential Skills
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfort in a matrixed, international work environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with clear communication skills (both technical and non-technical stakeholders)

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (administration or configuration)
- Hands-on experience with HR ticketing systems
- Knowledge of HR processes across multiple countries
- SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules
- Experience supporting EMEIA or multi-country regions
- Familiarity with HR data governance frameworks

Travel Requirement
Due to the divisional nature of this role, occasional travel throughout EMEIA may be required.
