Junior Investment Analyst
Junior Investment Analyst – Real Estate/Property (1-Year FTC)

About the Role
Salary. £35,000–£45,000 per annum
Location. London
Hybrid Working. 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
Contract Type. 1-year fixed-term contract (FTC)
We’re looking for a proactive, analytical professional with 1–2 years of investment analyst experience, preferably in real estate or property. In this pivotal role, you’ll support key acquisition decisions, delivering high-quality market research, financial modelling, and executive-level briefings that inform strategic choices.

Responsibilities

Market Research & Insights
- Research and analyse market trends and transactions, presenting findings tailored for senior leadership.

Executive Support
- Draft concise Executive Committee papers on investment markets and identified opportunities.
- Attend meetings to supplement analysis and present investment proposals with data-driven rigor.

AI-Driven Innovation
- Leverage AI tools to enhance screening processes and analytical efficiencies.

Financial Analysis
- Develop cash flow, equity, and portfolio models for underwriting real estate investments.
Requirements
Core Experience & Skills
- 1–2 years’ experience in an Investment Analyst role, ideally with a real estate/property focus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced modelling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Exceptional communication skills—ability to articulate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Basic AI fluency (familiarity with tools that enhance reporting and analytics).
