Junior IS Support Analyst
Associate Support Analyst – Entry-Level IT Support Role

We’re now seeking an Associate Support Analyst to join our Corporate IT department as an ideal starting point in a professional IT career.
The Opportunity
This is a junior, first-line support role, perfect for recent graduates or those beginning their IT careers. You’ll deliver day-to-day technical assistance across the business, learn from seasoned colleagues, and establish a strong foundation in corporate IT.
The position is based in our Liverpool office, operating Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll contribute to the following core duties:
- Provide first-line support for laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Handle help desk tickets with professionalism, calmness, and a customer-focused outlook.
- Assist with deploying and configuring:
- Windows
- macOS
- Standard business applications
- Manage user account tasks, including:
- Password resets
- Basic access adjustments
- Prepare and provision laptops and mobile devices for new employees.
- Apply software updates in compliance with IT policies and change protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Assets
- Configurations
- Support activities
- Contribute reports on ticket volumes and recurring technical issues.

Who We’d Like to Hear From
Ideal candidates may be:
- A recent IT graduate (or pending graduate)
- Or with up to 1 year of experience in IT support, service desk roles, or a similar function.
Most important, you should bring:
✔ Basic technical skills:
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and everyday productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
✔ Problem-solving mindset:
- Ability to approach issues logically and calmly.
- Curiosity to experiment with solutions.
✔ Clear communication:
- Capacity to simplify technical language for non-expert users.
✔ Strong self-management:
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads efficiently.

Note: Experience with tools like:
- Active Directory
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Mobile device management
- IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms is helpful but not essential. We provide training and mentorship to support your growth.
Additional Information
