[The Opportunity]
As a Junior IT Access Analyst, you will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service and exceptional attention to detail.
In this role, you will support the Access team by:
- Building and tracking hardware/asset inventory
- Managing the starters, leavers, and movers process
This is an on-site position at our Swindon office, working 5 days per week.

- Salary: Up to £25,000
- Bonus scheme: On-target bonus of 7.5%

[Key Accountabilities]
- Manage new starter hardware/accounts and equipment collection for leavers
- Coordinate closely with Managers and HR regarding the starters and leavers process
- Run induction sessions for new employees
- Maintain stock levels of IT equipment and oversee the Access database
- Assist in software & hardware audits
- Provide internal support and answer IT-related queries
[What You’ll Need to Succeed]
- Preferred: Experience in a similar hardware/IT role (not essential)
- Passionate interest in hardware and overall enthusiasm for IT
- Asset/benefit: Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 11
- Highly motivated and committed to delivering outstanding service
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with troubleshooting abilities
- Confidence to challenge, review, and improve processes and procedures
