Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Junior IT Support Specialist to serve as one of the primary IT support contacts for our London and Dublin operations, with occasional visits to the Dublin office as required. This role will act as a crucial extension of our technical team based in Madrid, focusing on end-user support.

This position will be based in our London office, which comprises around 100 employees. Reporting to the senior member of the team, the individual will operate in a dynamic environment with varying occupancy levels and diverse technical support needs.

Technical Environment

  • Hardware: Printers (Canon/Konica), Lenovo and Dell
  • Software: Microsoft Suite, O365, Teams (including Teams Telephony), SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Powershell
  • Cloud Services: Azure, Intune, Endpoint
  • Other: Cisco video-conferencing equipment

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Site Support: Deliver daily IT support to users based in the office.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide 1st and 2nd line support for desktop and business applications.
  • Ticket Management: Manage and resolve IT support tickets through the ticketing system.
  • Remote Support: Assist users working off-site with remote troubleshooting and support.
  • User Administration: Prepare and administer new user accounts and access.
  • Networking: Perform basic on-site networking tasks.
