At PizzaExpress, our IT Service Desk keeps our restaurants and support teams connected, supported and ready to deliver great experiences for our guests. We're looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join the team - no previous IT Service Desk experience required.

  • Providing first-line support to restaurant and support office teams
  • Logging and managing support tickets, keeping users updated along the way
  • Troubleshooting everyday technical issues and seeing them through to resolution
  • Escalating more complex issues to suppliers or specialist IT teams
  • Setting up hardware and software for new and existing users
  • Carrying out routine system checks to ensure everything is running as it should

Working pattern

This role combines office-based and remote working:

  • Daytime shifts based in our Uxbridge Support Office
  • Evening and weekend shifts worked from home
  • A rotating shift pattern covering weekdays and weekends
  • Flexibility to work across these shifts is essential
