Job Description
We are looking for a diligent and punctual Junior IT Support Assistant with good problem-solving and customer service skills. The successful candidate will be willing to learn and develop through practical experience in the office, at home and on client sites.

- Assist with Level 1 help desk issues
- Provide workstation support and application/software support
- Assist with IT projects
- Assist with the management of monitoring and security systems
- Provide helpful and professional customer service when supporting users and clients
