Junior Account Manager – Retail - Mat cover contract
We're looking for a proactive and organised Junior Account Manager to support the management of key UK and international retail accounts for a maternity cover. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their commercial retail career within a fast-paced premium consumer brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of key retail accounts.
- Assist with promotions, product launches, and account plans.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners and internal teams.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, stock levels, and account administration.
- Coordinate new product launches and retail marketing activity.
- Analyse sales data and prepare account performance reports.
- Ensure product listings are accurate across online and in-store channels.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the wider commercial team.

- Experience in an Account Executive, Junior Account Manager, Sales Support, or similar commercial role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Good analytical skills with experience using Excel and sales reporting.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a willingness to learn.
- Experience working with retail accounts or within the consumer /FMCG sector is advantageous but not essential.
