About the Role
You'll work closely with our senior design team, helping deliver exceptional customer experiences while learning every stage of the kitchen design process. As your confidence and experience grow, you'll begin taking ownership of your own projects before progressing into a fully independent Kitchen Sales Designer

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in kitchen design. Initially, you'll support our experienced design team while learning every aspect of the role. As your confidence, product knowledge and design skills develop, you'll progress to managing your own customer projects, with the long-term opportunity to become a Senior Kitchen Sales Designer. Full support and mentoring will be provided throughout your journey
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience within kitchen design or the wider KBB industry would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in enthusiastic individuals with a passion for design, excellent people skills and a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software
- Excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Eager to learn and develop
- Passion for design, interiors and creating functional living spaces
- A proactive, positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
