- Provide high-quality support to Partners and fee earners
- Manage diaries, meetings and conference calls, liaising with internal teams and external contacts
- Assist with billing processes, expenses and financial administration
- Support client onboarding processes, including due diligence and engagement documentation
- Handle internal and external enquiries professionally, acting as a key point of contact
- Coordinate events, seminars and smaller business development activities
- Maintain and update the client information systems
- Assist with document production, formatting and administrative tasks
About You
- Previous administrative or PA experience within a professional services environment is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive, adaptable and able to use initiative
- High attention to detail with strong written and proofreading skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
