Junior Legal PA

Incredibly successful US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Junior Legal PA to work at Partner level to work within their incredibly busy Commercial Litigation team.

What's On Offer:

  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)
  • Salary to £34,500 experience dependent

Junior Legal PA - What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing PA support to Partners and Associates
  • Organising busy travel itineraries, including visa applications
  • Billing & time entry for Partners
  • Coordinating meetings for both internal and external clients
  • Opening new matters on 3E
  • Finalising engagement letters
  • Archiving
  • Processing invoices and cheque requests
  • Processing expense claims
  • Organising and paginating both e-bundles and hard-copy bundles
  • Digital Dictation using BigHand
  • Copy typing legal documents
