Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a qualified lawyer with litigation experience, or someone with a clear interest in building expertise in this area. Motor finance litigation experience would beneficial, but it is not essential. You’ll bring a good understanding of the Consumer Credit Act, Civil Procedure Rules and FCA regulations, including CONC and DISP, and you’ll be confident using sound judgement to reach fair customer outcomes.

  • Experience of managing or supporting a litigation caseload, ideally within a regulated financial services environment.
  • A practical, customer-focused approach, with the ability to gather facts, ask the right questions and evaluate information fairly.
  • Confidence making decisions and managing high volume, repetitive work accurately and consistently.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with customers, internal teams, compliance, risk and external suppliers.
  • A proactive mindset, with the motivation to improve processes, reduce risk and find better ways of working.
  • An inclusive and supportive leadership style, with the ability to supervise day-to-day activity, delegate work and help colleagues develop.
