Junior Local Marketing Manager

Junior Local Marketing Executive

Location: UK & Ireland

About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Local Marketing Executive to help Treatwell grow its presence and expand partnerships within the UK & Ireland. Working closely with Sales, Partnerships, Account Management and Central Marketing, you’ll support events, community engagement, social media activities, and locality-focused marketing initiatives that drive growth and brand awareness.

This is a hands-on opportunity tailored for early-career professionals who are organised, creative, business-savvy, and passionate about nurturing relationships within local business networks. As the on-ground champion, you’ll play a key role in making Treatwell the most trusted and recognized partner for salons across the region.


Responsibilities

Events & Local Activations

  • Support planning and execution of local events, trade shows, partner visits, and community activations
  • Coordinate event logistics, suppliers, collateral, and venue bookings
  • Manage attendee outreach, invitations, and post-event follow-ups
  • Work with Sales and Account Management to enhance attendance and commercial engagement
  • Capture and organize event content for social media and internal communication
  • Track event performance, lead generation, and follow-ups
  • Create localized marketing assets in Canva and edit short-form video content using CapCut

Community Building

  • Foster local communities in key cities and regions by engaging with partner salons, beauty professionals, and industry groups
  • Support partner newsletters and WhatsApp community communications
  • Identify local influencers, communities, and brand advocates
  • Help execute engagement campaigns that strengthen business relationships
  • Organize networking events, roundtables, and partner showcases
  • Drive referrals, testimonials, and partner success stories
  • Support localized marketing campaigns in high-growth areas

Sales Enablement

  • Assist Sales and Account Management teams with marketing materials and campaigns to onboard and grow partners
  • Develop localized sales collateral, case studies, and partner-focused marketing
  • Deliver campaign toolkits for events, product launches, and commercial initiatives
  • Collaborate with commercial teams on content and asset requirements
  • Create marketing materials that boost lead conversion and engagement
  • Strictly maintain brand consistency across all local initiatives

Social Media Activation

  • Support the growth of local social media presence to increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation
  • Produce and schedule content across platforms reflecting brand values
  • Capture partner success stories, event highlights, and regional achievements
  • Feature Treatwell’s value proposition to salon partners through targeted campaigns
  • Engage with local audiences and industry dialogues online
  • Partner with Central Marketing for brand-aligned messaging
  • Monitor performance, engagement, and campaign impact

Lead Generation Support

  • Help design and execute localized campaigns aimed at salon acquisition
  • Provide lead follow-ups and campaign reporting
  • Maintain up-to-date lead lists for Sales teams
  • Research prospective partners via local networks, events, and social channels
  • Identify high-impact growth opportunities and track performance

Requirements

  • Early-career professional (1–2 years’ experience) in marketing, events, social media, partnerships, or related fields
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with confidence working across multiple departments
  • Strong aptitude for storytelling and creating social media content
  • Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, CRMs, and social scheduling recommended
  • Keen interest in beauty, wellness, or technology sectors
