We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused Junior Car Sales Executive to join our prestigious automotive dealership in Kensington. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the showroom and provide a professional, friendly experience.
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to suit their needs and lifestyle.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Generate and follow up sales enquiries from showroom visits, telephone calls, and online leads.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Learn and present finance, insurance, and aftersales products.
- Maintain accurate customer records using dealership CRM systems.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure vehicles and showroom displays are presented to the highest standards.

Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work towards targets.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
