Junior Management Accountant West London | Hybrid Working £30,000 to £32,500 + Study Support A growing global business is looking to appoint a Junior Management Accountant to join its collaborative finance team in West London. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and proactive finance professional who is actively studying towards an accounting qualification and wants to accelerate their career within a fast paced, international environment. The role offers broad exposure across management accounting, process improvement, systems, reporting and business partnering, alongside structured development and genuine progression opportunities. The Opportunity Working closely with senior finance stakeholders, you'll play a key role in supporting month end activities, improving financial processes and contributing to ongoing finance projects. This is a hands on position that will suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, identifying improvements and working as part of a close knit team. Key Responsibilities

Support month end reporting, reconciliations and journal postings Assist with accruals, prepayments and fixed asset accounting Prepare variance analysis and management information Contribute to financial reporting and ad hoc analysis Support process improvement and finance system enhancement projects Assist with audit requirements and compliance activities Maintain accounting records across multiple ledgers Provide support across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable when required Help drive automation and efficiency improvements across finance processes

About You

Actively studying towards an accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Previous experience within a finance or accounting role Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with a collaborative approach Proactive, ambitious and eager to learn Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Able to manage priorities and take ownership of tasks
