About the Role

The Junior Marketing Enablement Manager (EMEA) will execute and support WMG’s marketing enablement strategy for key projects across the region. Your role ensures local and regional marketing teams receive the necessary tools, platforms, and partner services to deliver campaigns effectively, efficiently, and at scale.

As a hands-on regional team member, you will primarily focus on execution—providing data, insights, driving adoption, and ensuring enablement directly contributes to breaking artists, deepening fan engagement, and delivering commercial growth.

You will partner closely with the EMEA Strategy & Operations Manager, supporting the rollout of tools and training to elevate product adoption and inform strategic decisions. This role requires expertise in marketing technology, operational support, and data-driven enablement within a multinational entertainment environment.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Assist the VP of Marketing Enablement in shaping WMG’s global martech strategy and vendor partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Strategy & Operations Manager to align the regional roadmap with broader business operations.
  • Serve as the point of contact for regional teams, facilitating communication between local marketing teams and central teams.
  • Support the evaluation and piloting of new technologies to enhance EMEA’s marketing capabilities.
  • Drive change management adoption, embedding innovative platforms and enablement practices across diverse markets.

Tooling & Platform Enablement

  • Coordinate and deploy new tools and training programs with regional operations leadership.
  • Oversee the project management and operational maintenance of martech platforms within the EMEA region, ensuring seamless integration with the enterprise ecosystem.
  • Balance global consistency with local flexibility, implementing region-specific or market-specific solutions as needed.
  • Foster adoption and best-practice sharing to ensure platforms are **d Hs, the ROI of marketing investments to drive growth.

Third-Party Service Providers

  • Assist in coordinating third-party marketing vendor activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with global standards and high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with central leadership on contracts, budgeting, performance monitoring, and optimizing services.
  • Identify regional gaps and scale providers—both global and local—to meet market demands while integrating them into WMG’s martech stack.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with vendors to secure the best-in-class solutions at competitive value.

Data & Measurement

  • Partner with Tech and Marketing Intelligence to centralize and keep first- and third-party data accurate and GDPR/regionally compliant.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using analytics tools to track platform adoption and campaign performance.
  • Provide data-driven insights to optimize the marketing enablement focus and demonstrate measurable ROI.

Innovation & Best Practices

  • Research and pilot emerging martech, ad tech, and AI-driven solutions relevant to EMEA’s innovation roadmap.
  • Match initiatives against global standards and share best practices across regions.
  • Partner with the VP of Marketing Enablement on deploying agentic AI and automation solutions to enhance campaign execution.

Requirements

Essential

  • 1–3 years of experience in a support, analyst, or coordinator role within marketing operations or technology.
  • Evidence of assisting with third-party vendor management or platform integration.
  • Proven success deploying and optimizing a composable marketing technology stack across multiple markets.
  • Skilled in analytical reporting and dashboards using data.
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and supporting complex projects.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms, CRM systems, data management tools, and analytics solutions.
  • Balancing operational efficiency, technology adoption, and fan engagement goals in a strategic manner.
  • Passion for music and fan engagement, understanding how enablement translates into artist and commercial success.

Desirable (Not Required but Preferred)

  • Experience in creative, music, or entertainment industries.
