Junior Manager, Marketing Enablement (EMEA)

Location: London, UK Department: Global Marketing Reports To: Vice President, Marketing and Platform Enablement

About the Role

At Warner Music Group (WMG), our collective of music makers and innovators is driven by curiosity, collaboration, and commitment to excellence. The Junior Manager, Marketing Enablement (EMEA) will play a pivotal role in supporting WMG’s marketing enablement strategy across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This hands-on, strategic role focuses on enabling marketing teams at scale, enhancing tool adoption, and driving operational excellence—leverage your technological optimism, data-driven mindset, and passion for fan engagement to empower artists and grow WMG’s global image.

As a key member of the Global Marketing team, you’ll bridge the gap between regional teams and central operations, ensuring seamless activation of marketing platforms, effective training programs, and optimal vendor partnerships. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including strategy, operations, tech, and marketing intelligence, to champion enablement as the backbone of WMG’s commercial and creative success.

Your Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Regional Alignment

  • Assist the VP of Marketing Enablement in contributing to global martech strategy, vendor partnerships, and workflow optimization.
  • Partner and align with the EMEA Strategy & Operations Manager to ensure regional roadmaps integrate with global operations while adapting to local priorities.
  • Serve as a stakeholder liaison, escalating issues and facilitating communication between regional marketing teams and central leadership.
  • Innovate the roadmap by piloting new technologies, vendor services, and workflows that scale WMG’s marketing capabilities regionally.
  • Support change management efforts, embedding new tools and platforms across diverse markets for high engagement.

Tooling & Platform Enablement

  • Coordinate the deployment of new tools, platforms, and training programs, collaborating with regional leadership to ensure execution.
  • Own operational maintenance of marketing technology platforms within EMEA, ensuring seamless integration into WMG’s broader ecosystem.
  • Balance global consistency with local flexibility, engineering market-specific solutions where necessary.
  • Drive platform adoption and user proficiency through training, best-practice sharing, and continuous enablement.
  • Optimize campaign execution, fan engagement, and artist growth by ensuring tech-driven strategies deliver tangible results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
