About the Role

The Junior Manager, Marketing Enablement (EMEA) will play a pivotal role in supporting WMG’s marketing enablement strategy across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This hands-on, strategic role focuses on enabling marketing teams at scale, enhancing tool adoption, and driving operational excellence—leverage your technological optimism, data-driven mindset, and passion for fan engagement to empower artists and grow WMG’s global image.
As a key member of the Global Marketing team, you’ll bridge the gap between regional teams and central operations, ensuring seamless activation of marketing platforms, effective training programs, and optimal vendor partnerships. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including strategy, operations, tech, and marketing intelligence, to champion enablement as the backbone of WMG’s commercial and creative success.
Your Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Regional Alignment
- Assist the VP of Marketing Enablement in contributing to global martech strategy, vendor partnerships, and workflow optimization.
- Partner and align with the EMEA Strategy & Operations Manager to ensure regional roadmaps integrate with global operations while adapting to local priorities.
- Serve as a stakeholder liaison, escalating issues and facilitating communication between regional marketing teams and central leadership.
- Innovate the roadmap by piloting new technologies, vendor services, and workflows that scale WMG’s marketing capabilities regionally.
- Support change management efforts, embedding new tools and platforms across diverse markets for high engagement.
Tooling & Platform Enablement
- Coordinate the deployment of new tools, platforms, and training programs, collaborating with regional leadership to ensure execution.
- Own operational maintenance of marketing technology platforms within EMEA, ensuring seamless integration into WMG’s broader ecosystem.
- Balance global consistency with local flexibility, engineering market-specific solutions where necessary.
- Drive platform adoption and user proficiency through training, best-practice sharing, and continuous enablement.
- Optimize campaign execution, fan engagement, and artist growth by ensuring tech-driven strategies deliver tangible results.

Third-Party Service & Vendor Management
- Oversee third-party vendor relationships for projects across EMEA, aligning cost, quality, and global standards.
- Partner with central leadership to manage contracts, vendor budgets, and performance expectations.
- Identify and scale service gaps by leveraging both global and local providers to meet market needs robustly.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with vendors to ensure access to premier services at competitive value.
Data & Measurement
- Collaborate with Tech and Marketing Intelligence to centralize and assess first- and third-party data, aligning with GDPR and regional compliance.
- Develop reports and dashboards using marketing analytics tools, tracking platform adoption, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize enablement investments for measurable impact.
Innovation & Best Practices
- Pilot new solutions for the EMEA martech roadmap, championing emerging tech and AI-driven automation to enhance capabilities.
- Research and document innovative tools (including AI applications, martech, and ad tech) to align with global plans.
- Share successful strategies regionally to ensure consistency and drive consistent commercial outcomes.
- Work alongside the VP of Marketing Enablement to define and deliver initiatives tied to agentic AI and automation.
About You
WMG is the passionate independent with the global scale—bringing the music business itself into play. This forward-thinking rarity role is tailored for curious, collaborative entrepreneurs who thrive in high-octane, multi-market environments.
- 1–3 years of experience: In support, analyst, or marketing operations/technologist roles, particularly in deploying/optimizing marketing technology stacks across diverse markets.
- Vendors and platforms: Familiarity with third-party vendor management, CRM systems, marketing automation, and AI/UI tools.
- Data-driven: Experience measuring, reporting on, and optimising marketing campaigns or tech adoption using analytics tools.
- Team-oriented: Ability to work across functionally complex teams (marketing, tech, finance, operations) with outstanding communication skills.
- Music-obsessed: A desire to connect enablement outcomes to artist success, fan insights, and cultural storytelling.
- A passion for invention—always questioning status quo but fanatically committed to breakthrough creativity.
