Junior Marketing Executive – Marketing & Leadership

BasePoint | Full-time | London (On-site)

Compensation: £25,000 – £45,000 OTE

Most junior roles teach you how to sit in a meeting. This one teaches you how to run the room.

BasePoint delivers face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for some of the UK's most recognised household brands, including EE, BT, and British Gas. We're growing our London team and looking for junior talent ready to build a real career, not just a job title.

If you're motivated by results, comfortable talking to people, and want to be developed not managed, this is where you start.

The Role

As a Junior Marketing Executive, you'll work directly with customers in residential and event-based campaign settings, representing our brand partners on the ground. Day to day, you'll be:

  • Engaging customers face to face and clearly communicating products and services
  • Representing established UK brands in professional, live environments
  • Contributing to active campaigns and tracking your individual performance
  • Building your communication, sales, and leadership skills through direct experience

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Introduction to leadership frameworks used across the business

Development doesn't stop at onboarding — we coach as you go.
