Junior Marketing Executive – Marketing & Leadership
BasePoint | Full-time | London (On-site)
Compensation: £25,000 – £45,000 OTE
Most junior roles teach you how to sit in a meeting. This one teaches you how to run the room.
BasePoint delivers face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for some of the UK's most recognised household brands, including EE, BT, and British Gas. We're growing our London team and looking for junior talent ready to build a real career, not just a job title.
If you're motivated by results, comfortable talking to people, and want to be developed not managed, this is where you start.
The Role
As a Junior Marketing Executive, you'll work directly with customers in residential and event-based campaign settings, representing our brand partners on the ground. Day to day, you'll be:
- Engaging customers face to face and clearly communicating products and services
- Representing established UK brands in professional, live environments
- Contributing to active campaigns and tracking your individual performance
- Building your communication, sales, and leadership skills through direct experience

Who We're Looking For
No degree or industry background required. What matters is:
- Genuine drive and a willingness to be coached
- Comfort in face-to-face environments and a natural ability with people
- A preference for active, hands-on work over static, screen-based roles
- Full-time availability and the ability to work on-site in London
Experience in hospitality, retail, events, or customer-facing roles is useful, but our best performers often came in with none.
