Job Description
As an Entry Level Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives through direct customer engagement and promotional activities. You will work closely with experienced team members to learn effective sales techniques, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management skills while contributing to the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients and brands professionally during customer interactions.
- Assist with sales and marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Engage with prospective customers to provide information and answer questions.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and communicate suitable solutions.
- Support brand awareness and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Accurately record customer interactions and campaign results.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Desirable (But Not Essential)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotional work.
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Educational background in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Confidence speaking with new people and building rapport.
- Familiarity with social media or marketing concepts.
