Junior Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and delivery of face-to-face marketing campaigns across a variety of client projects.
- Support the coordination and execution of promotional events and customer engagement activities.
- Conduct research into market developments, consumer insights, and competitor performance to support campaign planning.
- Help monitor campaign performance and contribute to reports that identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal team members to ensure campaigns run efficiently.
- Stay informed on industry developments and share innovative ideas to enhance future marketing initiatives.
About You
We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and is ready to develop a successful career in marketing. Ideally, you'll have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and confident approach.
- A creative mindset alongside excellent attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- A proactive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
