Your role
As a Junior Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you'll help maintain and strengthen the Everoze brand across our internal and external communications. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll create engaging content, manage marketing materials, and ensure consistency across everything we produce. As your skills and confidence develop, you'll have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and help shape both your role and the future of the comms team at Everoze.
This is a varied role combining brand management, content creation, marketing support and recruitment support. This role is aimed at those at the beginning of their career, however we also welcome applications from people who have taken different routes into the profession and can demonstrate the skills we're looking for.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and organise brand assets, including logos, imagery, staff photos, business cards and email signatures.
- Ensure consistent application of the Everoze brand across all communications and marketing materials.
- Manage and update marketing collateral, including pitch packs, credentials, templates, CVs, biographies and case studies.
- Create written and visual content for LinkedIn, the website and other marketing activities.
- Manage Canva templates and support the creation of branded content.
- Monitor social media activity, industry trends and competitor communications.
- Update website content and support digital marketing activities.
- Provide marketing support for events, exhibitions and business development activities.
- Support recruitment campaigns through job adverts, content creation and coordination with the HR team.
- Provide general marketing, recruitment and administrative support across the business.

Skills and experience

- Degree, diploma or equivalent experience in marketing, communications or a related field.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work with people across our organisation.
- Experience creating written and visual content for digital and marketing channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in fluent English.
- Good visual design skills and attention to detail, with experience using design software (such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Confident using Microsoft Office and content management systems, ideally including WordPress.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Nice to have, but not essential
- Experience creating and editing video content.
- Additional language skills, particularly Spanish, French, Portuguese, German or Italian.
