Junior Marketing Executive (AI & Performance-Focused) — Fast-Scaling Tech Company
About the Role Scout, our AI-driven recruiter, is hiring on behalf of a growing tech business seeking a Junior Marketing Executive with strong foundations, creative curiosity, and a sharp analytical eye for performance.
You’ll support high-impact, cross-channel campaigns that drive real results—bridging strategy with execution. From awareness to conversion, you’ll leverage data, automation, and AI tools to refine performance and scale successful tactics.
This is a high-growth environment, where your work directly shapes the brand’s visibility and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Support paid performance channels across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and more, ensuring optimised ad spend.
- Assist in launching and optimising multi-channel campaigns that increase awareness, leads, and conversions.
- Translate brand positioning into high-performing assets, including:
- Landing pages
- CTAs (call-to-actions)
- Audience targeting & segmentation
- Sales funnels
- Conduct testing & experiments—adjusting audiences, copy, creative nursing, and channels—to drive insights.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Conversion rates
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to maintain onslate messaging and brand alignment.
- Utilise AI tools to:
- Assist content ideation
- Automate workflows
- Boost operational efficiency

Requirements
- 1-2 years of marketing experience (internships, placement years, or junior roles preferred).
- Foundational knowledge of paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and campaign tools.
- A problem-solving mindset—ability to ** analt skills**ise data, adapt quickly, and take ownership.
- Interest in AI & automation—comfortable exploring how these tools can enhance marketing productivity.
- Strong written communication skills— capability to craft or refine high-converting copy.
- (Bonus) Previous exposure to B2B or tech-sector audiences.
