Junior Marketing Executive

The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role demands someone who challenges the status quo, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves working with tight deadlines—helping us build for the future. You’ll spend at least two days per week in the office or on-site, gaining direct exposure to our projects and teams to create authentic, engaging marketing content.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll tackle a wide range of tasks, including:
- Assisting and creating high-quality print and digital artwork
- Producing and updating marketing content (case studies, website content, presentations)
- Capturing and editing video and photographic content, from shoot to publish
- Managing the Company website
- Supporting social media strategy (identifying brand promotion opportunities)
- Assisting with promotions, campaigns, and events
- Writing creative briefs, proposals, and communications (digital, PR, in-person)
- Contributing innovative marketing ideas to drive brand growth
- Tracking marketing performance, analysing data, and reporting on results
- Collaborating with senior teams on targeted campaigns
- Ensuring brand consistency in all materials
- Supporting business development activities

About You
Required
- Proven experience with productivity and collaboration tools (Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint).
- Full UK driver’s licence mandatory (maximum 3 points).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with adaptability.
- Strong creative and artistic flair to develop engaging visuals.
- Ability to follow instructions (written + verbal) in a fast-moving environment.
- Interest in data and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to support marketing decisions.
Desirable
- Level 3 qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Graphics, ICT, or Computing.
- Experience with marketing/design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva, Squarespace, video editing software).
- Photography/videography experience to create visually compelling content.
- Familiarity with content management systems.
