Junior Marketing Executive

About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing and innovative technology business providing cutting-edge solutions to organisations across a range of industries. With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional products and services, they are looking to expand their marketing team by recruiting a motivated Junior Marketing Executive.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent marketing graduate or someone looking to begin their career in marketing within a supportive environment that offers excellent training and long-term career progression.
The Role
As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will support the planning and delivery of a variety of marketing activities designed to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and promote the company's products and services.
We are looking for someone who is really passionate and strong in the social media content area.
Working alongside an experienced marketing team, you will gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, content creation, social media, email marketing, website management, and campaign reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and delivering marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and the company website.
- Schedule and manage social media content across multiple platforms.
- Support website updates using the company's content management system.
- Assist with SEO activities to improve online visibility.
- Produce marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Support email marketing campaigns and maintain marketing databases.
- Assist with exhibitions, events, and product launches.
- Work closely with colleagues and external suppliers to ensure consistent branding.
- Research industry trends and competitor activity to support marketing initiatives.
About You
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, creative, and keen to build a career in marketing.
You will ideally have:
- A degree in Marketing or a related discipline, or an equivalent marketing qualification.
- A genuine interest in digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Desirable Skills
- Experience using social media platforms in a business environment.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Previous marketing internship, placement, or work experience.
