Our Junior Marketing Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing, supporting key marketing initiatives under the guidance of the team.

Main Responsibilities
The Junior Marketing Manager will support marketing campaigns globally, working closely with Sales, Presales, Product, and Client Success:
- Collaboration with Sales – Execute fully integrated campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate pipeline progress.
- Event Management – Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on external events, including awards entries.
- Email Marketing – Craft and design HubSpot emails to nurture leads and engage clients through targeted marketing content.
- Monthly Newsletters – Develop HubSpot and LinkedIn newsletters to foster industry thought leadership.
- Digital Content Creation – Generate and refine filmed content (videos, infographics), banners, advertising creatives for websites, landing pages, social media, and email.
- Website Management – Upload new website content via WordPress and collaborate with the external web agency on new features/pages.
- Microsite Development – Create dedicated microsites for prospects and partners.
- Social Media & Paid Campaigns – Manage social media calendars and LinkedIn pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting – Monitor results and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Who is Best Suited for This Role?
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
- Experience using Client Relationship Management tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems (WordPress).
- Creative design skills (experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign).
- Fluent spoken/written English; additional languages are a plus.
- Highly organised, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team player who fosters internal/external stakeholder relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and adapting quickly.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs, MQLs, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
