Location: Hybrid

Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Brands That Wow is a curated brand discovery platform dedicated to spotlighting the most exciting, innovative, and category-defining brands on the market. From premium skincare to celebratory drinks, we champion brands that are rewriting the rules in their category—and we connect them with audiences who are ready to be wowed.

We're growing fast and looking for a driven, brand-obsessed individual to join our team.

The Role

As Junior Marketing Manager, you'll be at the heart of what we do—identifying outstanding brands, building meaningful partnerships, and helping bring their stories to life on our platform.

You'll work closely with the founding team to:

  • Source, onboard, and manage featured brand relationships from first contact through to publication and beyond

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience across brand strategy, partnerships, marketing, and content—at a company that moves fast and punches above its weight.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify brands that align with the Brands That Wow editorial vision
  • Reach out to brand founders and marketing teams to initiate and develop partnership conversations
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new featured brands
  • Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with brand partners
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure brand stories are told compellingly and accurately
  • Track partnership performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics
  • Represent Brands That Wow professionally across all communications
  • Attend in-person events representing Brands That Wow when necessary

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for brands, culture, and emerging consumer trends
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—you know how to pitch and how to listen
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple brand relationships simultaneously
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • A keen eye for brands that are doing something genuinely different
  • Prior experience is not necessary, but a passion for learning is
  • Experience with using AI for marketing or at least a keen interest in learning
