Interested in marketing but want real-world experience rather than sitting behind a screen all day?
Location: Manchester
Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Start Available
If you're looking to develop practical marketing and sales skills whilst working directly with customers, this could be the opportunity you've been searching for.
Moon Moments is a recruitment and talent acquisition partner working with growing businesses across the UK. We specialise in connecting ambitious individuals with opportunities that offer training, development, and genuine career progression.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Manchester-based client that is expanding its customer acquisition team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are interested in marketing, sales, communication, and customer engagement and want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Unlike digital marketing roles that focus on social media, content creation, or office-based campaigns, this position focuses on face-to-face campaign marketing. You'll help represent products and services directly to members of the public, giving you practical experience in how businesses build awareness, engage customers, and grow their customer base.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
