Job Summary:

The Junior MDM Analyst delivers managed services within SLA as defined in client's statement of work using Calero software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Process requests from our customers in a way that will delight them
  • Maintain market data inventory accurately using Calero’s cutting edge MDM software
  • Reconcile and process vendor invoices for payment; investigate and resolve any cost discrepancies
  • Prepare, verify and distribute reports
  • Support development and maintenance of bespoke client functionality
  • Co-ordinate software updates within our global team, including internal testing
  • Assist Customer in User Acceptance Testing
  • Contribute to and participate in regular service review meetings or conference calls with customers and relevant staff members
  • Monitor and report on a regular basis, regarding Service Level Agreement metrics
  • Continuously review and audit existing processes to ensure effective performance and compliance with mutually agreed requirements and control procedures
  • Promote the managed service activities, new features and projects that may benefit the customer and increase revenues
  • Become a subject matter expert in the assigned customer’s profile of market data services with a specific focus on their business
  • In collaboration with team members, demonstrate the value of our solutions to our customer and ensure that the managed service meets and exceeds their expectations
  • Own all relevant documentation, including customer process documents, keeping them up to date
  • Raise a Help Desk ticket for any system issue and manage ticket to resolution
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Evaluate process and automate whenever possible
  • Conduct regular client meetings
  • Answer questions during meetings, providing further background and detail

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in an analytical field (preferred)
  • Experience in analyzing data sets

Experience and Training:

  • A previous role working in an office/professional environment (like an internship) where they were involved in using Excel

Technical Knowledge:

  • Data entry knowledge
  • Excellent at writing formal emails
  • Basic SQL knowledge is preferred but not essential
  • Confident with customer facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Strong organizational skills and time keeping
  • Good overall computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Must be able to meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
