Role Description

The Junior Media Planner role exists to support the delivery of accurate, audience-led media plans while developing the skills required to operate as a fully-fledged planner within a performance-led agency.

Working closely with Media Planners, Media Traders and the Activation team, you will support the creation of media plans, manage data inputs, liaise with media owners and ensure planning outputs are accurate, timely and commercially sound.

Qualifications

This role is suited to candidates early in their media planning career who are detail-oriented and eager to learn.

You will need:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a media agency, in-house media team or relevant placement
  • Basic understanding of media planning principles
  • Interest in audience-led planning and real-world media behaviour
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with numbers, spreadsheets and schedules
  • Ability to work to deadlines and follow defined processes
  • Clear communication skills and willingness to ask questions
  • Comfortable working within systems and workflows
  • You must be reliable, organised and open to feedback.
