With ambitious global expansion and continued growth across new sports and product categories, there’s never been a more exciting time to join Net World Sports. As a Junior Merchandiser, you’ll play a key supporting role in helping our products succeed in a rapidly evolving global market. You’ll collaborate with teams across the business, learn how international supplier partnerships operate, and gain hands-on experience in forecasting, stock management and commercial decision-making. What You’ll Do

  • Support the Merchandising team in maintaining supplier and shareholder relationships
  • Assist with supplier cost price, lead time and payment term discussions
  • Help prepare and update stock and sales performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities under guidance
  • Monitor pricing across categories to remain competitive while protecting profitability
  • Analyse sales trends, inventory levels and production schedules to create purchase orders and maintain inventory within budget
  • Forecast demand and manage stock levels to prevent out-of-stock occurrences
  • Collaborate with departments across the business to support sales, profit and effective stock management
  • Provide administrative and analytical support while contributing ideas to improve product performance

What You’ll Bring

  • Ideally 1 years’ experience in a merchandising, buying or purchasing role (internship/placement welcomed)
  • Interest in developing supplier relationships; exposure to overseas suppliers beneficial
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Excel for ordering spreadsheets and stock/sales reporting, confident across Microsoft programs
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling data
  • Willingness to learn negotiation and commercial decision-making
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively under guidance in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, highly organised, motivated, with familiarity or interest in WSSI and category planning
